Undergraduates, graduate, and transfer students; faculty, staff, and members; instructors, personal trainers, and athletes; whatever your affiliation with the University is, I’m your go-to guru when it comes to fitness, health and wellness, tips, recipes, reviews, and fashion! Currently, I’m the Graduate Assistant for Fitness and Wellness and studying Training and Development with a focus on Instructional Design and Technology.

Every other Wednesday, something spicy and exciting will come through this blog; whether it be a workout you can do at the Rec Center, a new walking/running route around campus, a tasty recipe, a tip to maximize your fitness/health goals, or a stylish way to wear the latest fitness gear..this will be your one-stop-shop!
