BBQ Chicken Pizza

17 Aug

My love for pizza has grown tremendously after 1 big bite of this! First-you can’t go wrong with anything barbecue; second-who doesn’t like some type of pizza?! This is the ultimate Sunday night dinner.

Ingredients:

  • pizza dough/crust (pre-made is the way to go-no yeast hassle!)
  • BBQ sauce (I use Jack Daniels)
  • chicken breasts (rotisserie chicken)
  • extra sharp white cheddar cheese (or reg)
  • chopped green onions and plum tomatoes

Preparation:

  1. preheat oven to 425degrees-place dough on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray and dusted with corn meal (or not-no biggie)
  2. lightly coat dough with olive oil (for a golden crust) and season with salt and pepper
  3. ladle a thin layer of BBQ sauce, leaving about an inch border
  4. spread chicken, green onions, tomatoes , and cheese over dough
  5. bake until the cheese is melted and ooey-gooey
  6. enjoy!!
